Construção de tecnologia avaliativa da especialização em saúde da família e comunidade na perspectiva dos egressos

Abstract

This study had the objective of developing an assessing technology of the Specialization Course on Family and Community Health by considering the perspective of graduates regarding their performance in the Family Health Strategy (ESF). The methodology consisted on performing the construction of the Tree Diagram by decomposing the program into categories with the collaboration of Experts; it submitted the Diagram to the Jury Method by defining the weights for the categories and setting a consensus among the Specialists´ opinions; and, it constructed the assessing instrument, a questionnaire, validated at the last level of the diagram. The resulting Diagram comprised 03 structuring axis or categories of the first level, that is: Conceptual System, ESF Attributes and Work Process in the ESF. The agreement among the judges was calculated according to the average, by pointing out these 03 axis as very important and, yet, the following detailing categories or those of second and third levels: social determinants, broadened health concept, PSF, PSF regulation, family structure, integrality, home care, home visit, home assistance, territory approach, welcome, bond, inter sectors approach, team work and local planning. The remaining categories received mean or high importance what justified the maintenance of them all. The Questionnaire was constructed starting from the last level of the Diagram represented by the categories of higher details. The study will contribute for the assessing practices regarding Health Education in Tocantins and make possible changes in the local assessing culture related to the studied program and may be extended to other programs of health education. It will also make possible to draw a more critical glance at the ESF praxis
